If you reside in the United States then you will notice that a lot of the universities there offer only a limited amount of Masters of Law programs. Among these programs, the degree that is most commonly offered is that on tax law.

You do not need to have any previous tax law training when you are applying for this kind of degree. Some examples of the common tax courses that are offered in a typical top MLT program would be Corporate Tax, Partnership Tax, Property Transactions, Individual Tax, Tax Research, etc. The latest addition to this field of study would be Bankruptcy Law and this is very practical because of today’s economic situation across the globe.
